Wisdom in Sniffing Nostrils

While performing various kinds of works, our lungs need such an air which is pure from germs, smoke and dust and it comprises of 80% moisture and it has the temperature up to 90 degree Fahrenheit. Our nose can create about one fourth gallon moisture daily to make the air moist. The cleanliness and other rigid work can be performed by the hair present in the nostrils. There is a microscopic sweep in the nostrils which has invisible hair which can kill the germs enter through the air. These invisible hair also perform the defensive system which is called Lysozuim. This defensive system of the nostrils saves the eye from any infection. When we sniff our nostrils then our important organ gets cleaned which empowers the activity of internal invisible hair in the nostrils. With the blessings of this ablution, we save from various complex diseases of the nose. If there is any patient of constant flu and the cancer of nose, the sniffing of nose is very useful for them.
