Complete Procedure of Dry Ablution (Tayammum)

First of all you make intention to remove the impurities, to say the prayer and to perform the dry ablution. Then touch the hands with the clay of dust, shake off the excessive dust and wipe hands across the face in such way that no part of the face is left out. Keep remember that if a spot equal to a single hair is left out then dry ablution will not performed and will not be legal according to Shariah. Then strike the hands on the clay once again and after shaking the excessive dust from the hands, put the four fingers of the left hand below the finger tips of the right hand and wipe the hand and arm up to the elbow. The lower side of the right hand is covered in such way. Now pout the palm of the left hand on the upper side of the elbow and move it down to the fingers. Them move the inside of the left thumb on the back of the right thumb. Similarly wipe the right hand over the left in the same manner. Then you comb the fingers. If you have ring in your fingers then it is essential to remove it or shift it. You should also comb the beard with your finger as it is Sunnah.
