Meaning of ‘Water not Available’

If these situations hold, water will be considered as ‘not-available’:

·         Water is a mile away

·         Water is available but in a region threatened by an enemy

·         If there is a big snake near the well or a lion or any other predator nearby

·         There is so little water that if used for ablution, may cause the trouble for thirst

·         No rope or pail is available at the well

·         When a person is alone and is helpless to fetch water nearby
