Sitting between two Sajdah and during Recitation of Tashah-Hud

While sitting between two Sajdahs and during the recitation of Tashah-Hud, keep your right foot erect with all its toes pointing towards Qiblah. Place the instep of the left foot on the ground and sit on it. While sitting, both the hands should be placed on the knees.
